NABMSE is funded from a variety of sources.

The members of the organization pay an annual fee. The Department of Education and Science allocated an increased grant which helps to defray the costs of the Committee.

This funding enables NABMSE to commission research, provide in-career professional development for Boards of Management as well as defraying the cost of meeting rooms, speaker’s costs and traveling expenses.

The accounts of NABMSE are audited each year and reported on at the Annual General Meeting which is usually held in November.
