Redeployment of surplus permanent and CID holding teachers

 

latest panel update that is now being published.   Publication focuses only on the redeployment of permanent teachers.

Supplementary panels have started to issue from today to panel operators that have all their permanent teachers redeployed either to permanent vacancies or, where necessary, to fixed-term vacancies. The relevant panel operators are being notified. 

There may be few teachers going on to panels arising from the recently published Special Education Section Circular 42/2011 on staffing arrangements for special schools.  Numbers involved should be small but nevertheless will need to be redeployed.   The other remaining main potential for teachers going on to panels is where schools that are sanctioned developing posts and do not have the required enrolment in September.
